Greetings from your MAAE Board of Directors! It is our pleasure to invite you to the 68th Michigan Association of Airport Executives 2021 Annual Conference at Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville, Michigan.

Our annual conference is designed to provide airport sponsors, managers, consultants, and others interested in airport management practices the opportunity to meet in an open forum to share information and ideas. The conference also provides a versatile medium to inform attendees regarding changes and opportunities available to airport communities. Vendors have the opportunity to display new equipment, products and processes, while consultants can interact with attendees and explain their particular areas of interest.  We look forward to seeing you in September!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Early Bird Rates apply until August 13, 2021
Member: $225 ($275 after early bird)
Non-Member: $275 ($325 after early bird)
Spouse/Guest: $125 ($175 after early bird) 
Student or Honorary Member:  No Cost
Airport Intern: $100
One Day:  $100 ($150 after early bird)

CONFERENCE DETAILS

The conference kicks off Monday afternoon with a Hospitality Event.  Sessions will be offered Tuesday morning through Thursday morning; followed by the annual golf outing or canoe trip.  We are excited to bring you engaging speakers on various topics.  Please download the conference packet for more detailed information.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The conference display area offers your company an excellent opportunity to promote and exhibit your products and/or services to a large, diverse group of individuals involved in the varied aspects of aviation. Time with exhibitors is scheduled to encourage attendees to visit the exhibit area. Exhibitors can set up Monday, September 9, from 5-10 p.m. and tear-down begins Wednesday, September 11 after lunch.

Door prizes have proven to be a great advertising medium. If you have items you would like to donate, we would certainly appreciate your participation. Make the most of your company’s investment by participating as a conference sponsor. Sponsors provide an invaluable service to MAAE by supporting the learning and networking opportunities of the association. As a sponsor, your company will receive special recognition in addition to the appreciation we normally bestow. If your company would like to sponsor, please check the appropriate level at time of registration.

Registration & Discounted Registration Fees

All conference participants including: attendees, spouse/guests, speakers, exhibitors, and award recipients are required to register for the conference through the MAAE website. You can save by registering at the Early Bird rate by August 13, 2021. If you are not a member, join MAAE to receive the member rates.  ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE ONLINE. 

Full conference registration includes admission to all sessions, vendor exhibits, annual business meeting, awards ceremony and all other association activities sponsored during the conference.  The golf outing and alternative event is a separate fee.  MAAE will refund your registration fee less a $75 processing fee per person for cancellations received in writing by September 1, 2021.  No refunds will be granted after that date. Substitutions may be made at any time (the difference between a member and nonmember price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member).

Golf Outing or Water Activity
Thursday afternoon you have the opportunity to participate in the annual golf outing, with a 12:30 p.m. shot-gun start at the or join the group for a Platte River tubing, kayaking or canoeing experience!
